The Journey Behind the Impact

Growing up in a family of multi-generational business owners, entrepreneurs and educators, Kristie learned many valuable lessons that shaped her journey. She studied Business and Fine Art at Purdue University, then balancing her early career  in sales and business while raising young children.  Along the way, she made time to lead her daughters Girl Scout troops, join her kids on mission trips-as a lead chef for 100+ volunteers,  and taxi/cheer on all 3 of her children in every sport they played. Fun fact all 3 kids played collegiate sports. #bleachers

Her career into residential design began with rapid success, becoming a national top producer in the closet and storage design space. After over a decade in the industry, including time as a designer for a local reputable custom cabinet manufacturer, Kristie combined her love for art, design and business to launch Impact Fine Design.

Today, reflecting on this journey past and future, she shares a favorite quote her father taught her early, originally from Charlie “Tremendous” Jones “You will be the same person a year from now as you are today, except for the books you read and the people you meet.” Through two-and-a half decades in this industry, Kristie has truly met terrific people, grateful for mentors and continues to love leading this company.  Life is amazing.
